Alisa is a mother of 3 and a graphic designer who dabbles in painting and more recently, photography. Raising her three remarkable kids has been the best chapter of her entire life. Her kids continue to surprise her with their humor, artistry, cuteness and bright ideas every day. Alisa usually feels blessed and full of gratitude.
Alisa tries to always act from a place of kindness, but sometimes she has severe PMS and acts a little bit mean, which she almost always immediately regrets. She helps to manage a business along with her gifted husband. Alisa thinks that writing about herself in the third person is weird.
She can often be found driving all over her hometown of Las Vegas, in her rather granny-like fashion, while being tailgated and honked at by the impatient and the testosterone-laden. She tries to keep her moods on an even keel. Occasionally, she succeeds at this.
Gryphon is her son who has, unbelievably, just had his fifth birthday. Alisa never told him he was allowed to turn five, but he did it anyway. She still thinks of him and refers to him as her baby. He is a kind and loving little boy. He is, still resisting thank Golly Gosh, no longer resisting the potty!! Yes, he’s finally potty trained. His mother is hoping he will be out of diapers by the time he enters high school elated that he will be able to enter Kindergarten wearing “big boy” underwear.
